Pterostilbene is found naturally in plants such as blueberries and grapes. It is closely related to resveratrol, a compound that has received a lot of attention as a longevity compound. While resveratrol has failed to show efficacy in recent human trials, pterostilbene is taken up into cells four times more effectively and therefore shows much more promise.
